Corinne brings over two decades of strategic HR leadership spanning global brands including Nike, Columbia Sportswear Company (Mountain Hardwear, SOREL, prAna), EY, and Tektronix. Her career has taken her from Portland to London and across Asia Pacific and Latin America, leading teams and transforming cultures at scale.
A Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Corinne specializes in organizational design, talent strategy, and executive coaching. She believes that great organizations grow like living systems—each part connected, purposeful, and resilient.
When not consulting, Corinne volunteers with Growing Gardens Oregon, nurturing community through the same principles she brings to her work: patience, care, and a deep respect for natural growth.
